RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 60 days of the invoice date. returns must be in re-sellable or like-new condition. Defective parts or parts shipped in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 60 day return period will be subject to a restocking fee.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship all standard orders. Our products are lightweight so most orders can be shipped parcel post. USPS is convenient in that we can ship to a street address, a “911” rural route address or a PO Box and Saturday delivery is standard with no extra charges. Shipping is FOB Saratoga, CA or Red Bluff, CA. Rates are the same for both locations.
Large orders such as club or organization group orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We always use the smallest Priority Mail Flat Rate box possible to keep shipping charges to a minimum.

ORDER INFORMATION
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders received with a valid email address will receive email notification of order receipt and order ship date. We maintain a complete inventory of all catalog items. However we do occasionally run out of an item in which case you will be notified of the backorder and projected ship date. Orders are not charged until the item(s) is shipped.
