Refund policy

Returns must be made within 60 days of the invoice date.

Returns must be unused in the original packaging and in re-sellable or like-new condition. Kits not in the original packaging will be charged an inspection and repackaging fee not to exceed 15% of the kit retail cost.

Defective parts or parts shipped in error will be exchanged or refunded in full.

Shipping cost is not refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping will have a shipping fee deducted from the refund. Returns after the 60 day return period will be subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must have the return packaging marked with an RMA number. 
RMA number may be requested by contacting support@3brpowersports.com or calling 408-891-4603. Please provide your Order ID or Sales Receipt number when requesting an RMA.
If you do not have your Order ID or Sales Receipt number please include as much information as possible so we can search our sales database. At a minimum we need the customer name as "shipped to", shipping address and date of purchase.
